Items shipped from our global warehouse may take up to 2 - 4 weeks for delivery due to customs check. If your tracking doesn’t show the most up to date status, please do not panic, it's on its way :)
On very rare occasion, the shipping might take up to 6 weeks due to custom check.
Because our orders are custom and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns.
However, we will send you a replacement, free of charge, if you are disappointed with your order for any of the following reasons: the product itself is flawed, the quality of the printing is poor, or the final product is materially different than the design presented online. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns will be accepted for damaged or low quality prints. Buyer will have to bear the shipping cost of the returns. For fastest resolution, please send a photograph demonstrating the low quality or the damaged area of the item so we can rectify the issue for you.
If we are unable to replace the item in good condition, we will issue a 100% refund.
Requests for refunds can be sent to email@example.com. All refund requests are reviewed for approval and will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase, or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases of shipping error.
How Long Is Shipping?
After the order has completed processing, shipping takes between 10 -15 days and you will be able to track your order during this time. Please see the Tracking Page for more details

You will have received a tracking code and link with your order confirmation, it is easier to track with Facebook messenger - Plus if you have any issues you can talk to us straight away
The tracking number isn’t showing any tracking updates. Where is it?
Tracking updates are only available for certain countries. Please allow time for your parcel to be processed through your national customs department before you can expect tracking updates to confirmed. Please contact your local post office for further details if tracking is not available online in your destination country. For any further enquires contact us and we can check on the parcel for you.
Can I cancel my order?
If you notice a mistake with your order in your confirmation, for example: Your address or the color of the item. You can contact us as soon as you have noticed and we may be able to edit the order during the processing period. We tend to ship orders out within 24 hours (48 hours at weekends) so if you notice a mistake contact us via messenger asap!
