Items shipped from our global warehouse may take up to 2 - 4 weeks for delivery due to customs check. If your tracking doesn’t show the most up to date status, please do not panic, it's on its way :)
On very rare occasion, the shipping might take up to 6 weeks due to custom check.
Because our orders are custom and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns.
However, we will send you a replacement, free of charge, if you are disappointed with your order for any of the following reasons: the product itself is flawed, the quality of the printing is poor, or the final product is materially different than the design presented online. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com.
Returns will be accepted for damaged or low quality prints. Buyer will have to bear the shipping cost of the returns. For fastest resolution, please send a photograph demonstrating the low quality or the damaged area of the item so we can rectify the issue for you.
If we are unable to replace the item in good condition, we will issue a 100% refund.
Requests for refunds can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. All refund requests are reviewed for approval and will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase, or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases of shipping error.
Please note that your bank may choose to hold your refund temporarily while it is being processed. Your refund should be reflected on your credit card's statement within 5-15 business days following approval.
-You have 7 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase from Dream Crafter.
-All items can be exchanged for one of equal or lesser value for free.
-If you received the wrong item, wrong size, or if you receive an item that was damaged during transit, we will reship your order at no cost to you. There is no need to return the wrong or defective item. All reshipment requests will be reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days.
We do not accept clothing returns or exchanges if:
- The item(s) have been worn or washed
- The item(s) have been altered
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is the fault of the supplier
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
- The item(s) were a Final Sale item
Please note that all swimwear must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. Due to health and safety hazards we cannot accept returns or refunds for swimwear that has been opened or worn.
Please follow these instructions when completing a return:
- Pack the unworn and unwashed items with email confirmation or original receipt - we cannot exchange or refund without it.
- Please write in detail which items you want exchanged, if applicable.
- Contact us at email@example.com for a return mailing address.
- For faster processing, please include your full name and order number displayed clearly on or in your package.
